The classic and standard item of hair salons. The tip of the hose has a weighted tin ball that moves wherever water goes even a small amount of water left in the bottle to spray from any angle. It stays inside while hanging so that it won't obstruct the passage. The weighted tin ball neutralizes chlorine in the water.
