The E21 is a strong, precise smudge applicator for softening eyeliner or applying colour onto the upper and lower lash-line.

Small, round and dense, this SigmaTech® fibre smudging tool offers medium coverage and has exclusive synthetic antimicrobial fibres which are engineered to better hold, apply and blend products. 

The ferrule is durable with corrosion-resistant SigmaAlloy™ and precious metal plating for shine and strength.

The responsibly-sourced, lightweight wooden handles were treated with eight coats of paint and primer for lasting beauty.
