Spotlight's Whitening Strips box contains a full 14-day course of whitening strips and a 100ml Spotlight Whitening Toothpaste. Created by dentists, both products contain the active whitening ingredient hydrogen peroxide which is clinically proven to whiten teeth. Spotlight's products whiten teeth gradually and safely at home without sensitivity.

Tear open the foil packets to find a top white strip and a bottom white strip.
Dry the teeth.
Place the shorter whitening strip on the lower teeth first and then the longer strip onto the top teeth.
Leave the strips in place for 1 hour.
After, remove the strips and rinse away any residual gel.
Repeat every day for 2 weeks for dazzling smile.
Use in conjunction with the included Spotlight Toothpaste for Whitening Teeth for maximum results.
